The Board of Directors of Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port has elected Transneft Vice-President Rashid Sharipov as its Chairman.
In 1991 R. Sharipov graduated from the Moscow state Institute of international relations of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs with a degree in International relations. In 1993 he graduated from the School of law in Western California, as master of comparative law.
In 2013 he was Executive Vice President of Gazprombank. From 2013 to 2015 he served as Vice-President and chief of Staff of Rosneft. In 2016 he was appointed Vice-President of Transneft.
