New Block Train from Moscow to Krasnoyarsk

  • Rail Cargo Logistics – RUS has launched a new container train service from the Selyatino terminal in Moscow region to Krasnoyarsk in Siberia.

    The first train was dispatched from Selyatino in April. Since May 10 trains are operated on a regular weekly basis with departures on Fridays. May 24, a fourth train left from Selyatino.

    Most of the cargo carried to Krasnoyarsk is equipment and consumer goods. From Siberia, these container are carried to China for loading, and then return to Russia laden with Chinese exports, thus forming a turnaround route.

    The transit time from Selyatino to Krasnoyarsk is 5 days. The service also offers a door to door delivery option.
