Inland Fleet Getting Older

  • According to the Russian River Register, the fleet under its class is 33.3 years of age on the average.

    The average age of river-going passenger vessels is 37 years, tankers are 43 years old, tanker barges are 35 years old.

    Floating and semi-submersible docks are on the average 42 years old.

    All in all, 22.5 thousand ships have a class of the Russian River Register.
