Delo service company, a towage specialist incorporated in DeloPorts, part of Delo Group, has taken delivery of two new tugs built by Damen Shipyards Group. The ASD Tug 2310 units will be named “Delovoy-4” and “Delovoy-5”.
Delo service company received its first three Damen ASD Tug 2310 tugs a year ago. The company’s fleet now consists of five state of the art tugs. The sixth vessel is to be delivered in 2021.
Delo intends to use their tugs for mooring all vessels the stevedoring subsidiary of the group handles at NUTEP and KSK terminals in Novorossiysk, including container ships up to 10,000 TEU, which will be able to moor in Novorossiysk after Delo put into operation its Berth 38 in 2019.
