An order issued by the Harbour Master of Vyssotsk has introduced the following ice restrictions in the port basin an approach channels since January 29, provided the ice reaches 10-15 cm thickness.
Ships with an Ice1 notation will be allowed to sail under icebreaking support.
Ships with an Ice2 notation and higher are allowed to sail independently with the permission of using recommendations of icebreakers.
Barges pulled by tugs will not be allowed to sail in Vyssotsk.
