Второе крупнейшее ро-ро судно на СПГ для Wallenius SOL

    На китайской верфи CIMC Raffles началось строительство второго крупнейшего в мире ро-ро судна по заказу Wallenius SOL.

    Новый автомобилевоз с ледовым классом 1A Super будет оснащен двухтопливным двигателем и двумя СПГ-танками вместимостью 685 куб. м каждый. Длина судна составит 242 м, ширина – 35,2 м, грузовая вместимость – 5,8 тыс. линейных м.

    Сдача автомобилевоза в эксплуатацию планируется на 2021 год.

    Оба судна будут задействованы на круглогодичном сервисе в Ботническом заливе.

    Всего же Wallenius SOL, совместное предприятие Wallenius Lines и Svenska Orient Linien, намерен построить четыре подобных судна.
