By order of Harbour Master of the Big port of St. Petersburg, due to the improving ice situation in the port basin and approach fairways, w.e.f. April 20 ice restrictions are lifted for barges pulled by tugs.
For small, pleasure and sports sailing boats, ice restrictions in St. Petersburg are still in force.
Similar ice regime has been introduced in the St. Petersburg Passenger port from the same date.
