United Transport Logistics Company has published its financial and operational results for 2017.
The revenue grew 67% year-on-year making 13.9 bn rubles. Sales more than doubled to 1.433 mn rubles.
The net profit amounted to 8.268 mn rubles. According to the company, much of the profit was generated due to the revaluation of TransContainer shares and the 6.925 mn rubles of dividend received from TransContainer.
These factors excluded, the net profit grew more than two-fold and made 1.344 mn rubles.
Container transit carried by UTLC between Asia and Europe on the territory of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus in 2017 exceeded 175 thousand TEU, up 75% year-on-year.
In total, 2012 block trains were dispatched.
