In January-October 2017, Russia increased volumes of vodka export 3.9% year-on-year to 1.67 decalitres (scaled in terms of 100% spirit).
However, in October this year vodka export was down 1.4% month-on-month contradicting the upward trend during the two previous months.
In money terms, vodka export during the 10 months of 2017 was up 11.4% to $104.8 mn.
Alcohol and non-alcohol beverages export surged 40.9% to $1.91 bn.
Import of cigarettes and cigars grew 17% year-on-year to make $136.2 mn.
