The first ever floating office building in Russia has been inaugurated in Moscow in the Moscow River basin. The two-storeyed 700 sqm premises weighing 200 tons can change location sailing at a speed of up to 15 km per hour.
The project cost is estimated to make about 500 thousand rubles per square meter.
The object will be used as a sales office for a new apartment building in Moscow.
