Sovcomflot will pay 15 billion rubles ($162 million) of interim dividend for the nine months of 2023, or 6.32 rubles per ordinary share.
The decision was made by the EGM on December 18, the company said in a statement. The list of those entitled for the dividend will be made on January 7, 2024.
The dividend is to be paid to nominal holders and trustees who are professional securities market participants no later than January 22, 2024. Other persons registered in the shareholders registry will be paid no later than February 12, 2024.
The company has confirmed its commitment to paying 50% of its adjusted IFRC net profit in rubles as dividend.
