During the 9 months of 2023, the RF Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) controlled the export of more than 343 tons of pre-cooked pancakes and fritters designated for Estonia.
The entire exports of so-called composite food products (i.e., pre-cooked and packaged food products that contain no less than 50% of animal products) increased 3% year-on-year, according to Rosselkhoznadzor.
