The Government of the Russian Federation has approved concluding the concession agreement on financing, building and operating railway infrastructure to serve the marine terminals in Taman with Taman Railway Company.
An order to this effect was signed by RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin on September 15, 2023.
The concession is awarded without tender procedures, according to the order.
The RF Federal Agency for railway transport will act as the concedent.
