The Government of the Russian Federation has approved of concluding a concession agreement on developing, reconstructing and operating infrastructure objects of a universal cargo terminal with OOO Universalny Peregruzochny Complex NSRZ (NSRZ Universal Handling Complex Ltd) without a tender. Order No1228-r was signed by RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin on May 1, 2023.
The property covered by the concession is to be defined in the process of project documentation finalization and approval. The project envisages two cargo berths to handle general cargo (ferrous metal, steel billets and sheets) and bulk ferrous cargo (pig iron and ferrous ore).
