FESCO Transport Group has concluded a quadripartite strategic partnership agreement with China’s Heilongjiang Transport Investment Group, Xinjiang Energy Resources Group, and Chinese National Chemical and Construction Group.
The document was signed by Andrey Severilov, Chairman of the FESCO Board, and the top managers of the Chinese companies, during the former’s visit to China.
The agreement envisages cooperation in promoting intermodal transportation from China to Russia as well as in the spheres of engineering construction, technology, finance and innovation.
‘I am sure the agreement we signed today will help develop new logistics routes and support the growing trade between our countries,’ Severilov commented.
During FESCO’s visit to China, he also met Sinotrans to discuss the next practical steps to expand intermodal, maritime and railway services between Russia and China.
