FESCO Transport Group has added the container ship “FESCO Ekaterina” to its fleet. The 1,049 TEU 142.7 m LOA, 22.63 m beam, 12,588 dwt vessel will be deployed on the Group’s FESCO Turkey Black Sea Service (FTBS) between Novorossiysk and Turkish port.
The vessel started on her first voyage at the end of March this year. The “FESCO Ekaterina” is the ninth vessels acquired by FESCO during less than three years under the Group’s fleet modernization programme.
As a result, the Group’s fleet now consists of 25 units with a total deadweight exceeding 400,000 tons and an aggregate container capacity over 28,000 TEU.
