Uralcryomash, part of Uralvagnzavod Concern, has completed certification procedures for its new generation tank container with the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
The new KTs.T75-40/0,8 tank container is designed for transportation and storage of liquefied natural gas, ethylene and propane.
The company said, an important advantage of the KTs.T75-40/0,8 model is the outer shell of the tank made of stainless steel, which prevents leakage in case of external impact.
The tank container can be used at a temperature ranging from minus 60 to plus 50 degrees Centigrade, which make it a unique proposal for the domestic market.
The certificate issued by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping permits Uralcryomash to start serial manufacturing of the new model and allows of using the tank container for transporting cargo by rail, road, river and sea.
