Alexey Druzinin has been appointed new Head of the RF Federal Agency for Railway Transport (Roszheldor). The order to his effect was signed by RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin on January 28.
A.Druzhinin graduated from the Moscow State Legal Academy with a degree in jurisprudence. He was director of the legal division of the Federal Agency for Railway Transport in 2004-2005, then moved to the RF Ministry of Transport where he worked until 2014 occupying the positions of deputy director of the legal and legislative activities department, deputy director of the state policy in railway transport department, and, later, director of the legal and legislative activities department.
Prior to this new appointment A.Druzinin was executive director of the non-commercial Union of railway operators.
