The Baltic region short sea freight market was slightly up on week 28.
According to Sea Lines, freight rates for 3,000-5,000 dwt bulkers from Ust-Luga were slightly down.
Thus, rates from Ust-Luga to Riga made €15.5 pmt and those to Gdansk were €17 pmt.
Freight rates from Ust-Luga made €19 pmt to Szczecin, €24 to Flensburg, and €29.5 to Hamburg.
Rates from Ust-Luga were €31.5 pmt to ARAG, €38 pmt to East Britain, €42 pmt to West Britain, and €42 pmt to Dublin.
