Экспорт угля и кокса, 3 месяца 2021: существенно вырос вывоз кокса в объемах и в долларах

Coal and Coke Export in January-March 2021 Up

  • According to the RF Federal Customs Service, in January-March 2021 Russia exported 50 mn tons of coal, up 11.7% year-on-year. In terms of value, coal export amounted to $3.2 bn, up 7.7% year-on-year.

    Coal import during the period under report made 4.7 mn tons, down 9.8% year-on-year, worth $95.9 mn, up 24.5% year-on-year.

    Coke and coal char export in January-March 2021 made 854.9 thousand tons, up 85.4% year-on-year, worth $184.6 mn (up 2-fold year-on-year).

    In March, coal export made 22.5 mn tons, up 23.9% year-on-year and up 46.8% month-on-month. Value-wise, coal export increased by 26.2% year-on-year and by 60.4% month-on-month making $1.5 bn.

    Coke and coal char export in March amounted to 255.6 thousand tons, up 68.5% year-on-year and down 19.8% month-on-month. In terms of value it was worth $61.6 mn, up 2-fold year-on-year and down 13.5% month-on-month.
