FESCO to Buy Ships and Terminals

  • FESCO intends to acquire six vessels in 2021, Group’s VP German Maslob told speaking at TransRussia 2021 exhibition in Moscow. The new fleet is planned to be deployed in international and coastal trade.

    The Group also has plans to acquire terminals “in key locations in the Russian Federation” and invest 800 mn rubles ($10.6 bn) to modernize its terminal in Novosibirsk.

    The plans also include expanding the Group’s fleet of fitting platforms up to 10,000 units and container fleet up to 82,000 TEU this year.

    All the plans have been approved by the shareholders, Maslov said.
