Liquid bulk, which accounts for some 80% of the total throughput, declined by 21.3% year-on-year to 61.2 mn tons. Crude oil traffic dropped by 29.6% to make 37.6 mn tons, much due to the pandemic and the decision to cut production by the OPEC+ members.

Dry cargo throughput decreased by 13.1% down to 15 mn tons, including 4.6 mn tons of solid bulk, which grew by 10.5% compensating for a 19.7% decline in ferrous metals (6.4 mn tons).
