According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, in January-June 2020 Russia’s export of vodka made 910 thousand decalitres scaled down to 100% spirit, up 0.7% year-on-year, physically, and $62.2 mn, down 4.3%, in terms of value.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages import during January-June declined by 7.6% year-on-year to $1.1 bn.
Cigarettes and cigars import in January-June decreased by 10.9% up to $28.6 mn.
In June, Russia exported 248 thousand decalitres of vodka, up 82.6% year-on-year and up 72.4% month-on-month, worth $17.5 mn, up 76.8% year-on-year and up 92.3% month-on-month.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages import in June was down 11.2% year-on-year and up 25.2% month-on-month to $196.7 mn.
Cigarettes and cigars import in June was down 39.8% year-on-year and up 25% month-on-month to $5 mn.
