Импорт и экспорт ТНП, 5 месяцев 2020: в мае поставки одежды в  долларовом выражении увеличились

Clothes Import Value Growing MoM in May 2020

  • According to the RF Federal Customs Service statistics, during January-May 2020 Russia imported 23.5 mn pairs of leather footwear, down 5.2% year-on-year. In terms of value, leather footwear import decreased by 12.2% year-on-year down to $529 mn.

    Clothes import into Russia declined by 7.7% down to $2.4 bn.

    Cotton fabric import during the first 5 months of 2020 was down 5% year-on-year to 116.4 mn sqm. In terms of value it decreased by 3.6% down to $65.1 mn.

    Cotton fabric export from Russia declined by 1.8% year-on-year down to 39.6 mn sqm worth $20.9 mn, up 1%.

    In May, leather footwear import dropped by 34.8% year-on-year and by 31.8% month-on-month making 1.5 mn pairs worth $32.8 mn, down 45.1% year-on-year and down 31.8% month-on-month.

    Clothes import was up 0.2% year-on-year and up 65.7% month-on-month to $453.7 mn.

    Cotton fabric import in May declined by 9.1% year-on-year, but by 15% month-on-month amounting to more than 20.6 mn sqm. In terms of value, it made $11.1 mn, down 15.3% year-on-year and up 16.8% month-on-month.

    Cotton fabric export decreased by 16.2% year-on-year and by 0.4% month-on-month to make more 5.1 mn sqm. In terms of value, it made $3.4 mn, up 9.7% year-on-year and up 17.2% month-on-month.
