Russia Imported Fewer Bulldozers in 2019

    According to SeaNews Russian Foreign Trade Customs Statistics online service, in 2019 Russia imported 1,428 bulldozers (-18.7% year-on-year) worth $409.3 mn (-15.8%).

    Bulldozers were imported into Russia from 10 countries. More than half of the machines were designated for Moscow.

    The largest number of bulldozers was imported to Russia from Japan, 578 units (+15.8%) worth $176.1 mn (+25.3%). Almost all of them were designated for Moscow.

    447 bulldozers (-23.6%) worth $45.5 mn (-30.3%) were imported from China. The main regions of destination were Zabaikalsky Kray and Primorsky Kray, as well as Amur Oblast.

    Import from Austria decreased by 19.7% to make167 bulldozers worth $58.3 mn, down 16.8% year-on-year. All the machines were designated for Moscow.
