The AGM of Freight One, a freight rail operator, part of Vladimir Lisin’s UCLH transport holding company, elected the new Board on May 6, 2020.
The new members on the Board are Vladimir Lisin, Chairman of the Novolipetsk Metalworks Company Board, and Anastasia Lauterbakh, as an independent director.
The new Company Board composition is as follows:
