According to Rufco shipbrokers, freight rates to the Sea of Marmara make $20-21 pmt from Rostov and 19-20 pmt from Yeisk.

Freight rates to SE Black Sea ports are $18-19 pmt from Rostov and 17-18 pmt from Yeisk.

The Black Sea coasters are also shifting sideward. The rates mainly remain unchanged since the last report.

The Caspian market, especially shipments ex Volga ports remains stable with an acute demand for open tonnage.

Freight ex Astrakhan to Iran make $39-41 pmt this week.
