Alexey Pavlenko will be appointed Managing Director of Vostochnaya Stevedoring Limited Liability Company (VSC), effective from September 2, 2019. He will succeed Alexander Dudko who will step down from the role and will leave Global Ports by mutual agreement.
According to Global Ports, A.Pavlenko graduated from Far East State Marine Academy, faculty of marine transport management and has almost 25 years’ experience in transportation working all of his career at in Port Vostochy and VSC.
He began his career after graduation in 1995 in Vostochny Port. In 1998 became Deputy Head for Commercial Operations of Handling Complex before proceeding to head up the division in 2001. In 2004, he moved to VSC, where he held various directorships within the operations department being Director for Operations since 2013.
