FESCO Acquires New Containership

July 2 FESCO raised the Russian flag on its new vessel “FESCO Magadan”. The 822 TEU ice-classed ship will operate on the FESCO Magadan Line coastal service. She will enter the service in August.

Techniccal characteristics:

• Length — 137.5 m,
• Width — 21.3 m,
• Deadweight — 8,720 tons,
• Maximum speed — 18 knots,
• Crew – 14 people,
• Year of construction — 2003.
