Ice Restrictions Change in Vyborg

    • By order of the Harbour Master of Vyborg, w.e.f. April 10, 2019, barges under tow, vessels with no ice class, and vessels with an Ice1 notation and above are allowed to sail in the port basin and the approach fairways with icebreaking support or using recommendations of the icebreaker or the VTS.
