According to the RF Federal Customs Service, during the first month of 2019 Russia exported 297.7 thousand tons of unwrought aluminum, down 7.3% year-on-year and 11.3% month-on-month.
In terms of value, unwrought aluminum export decreased by 16.3% year-on-year and 10.4% month-on-month down to $504.3 mn.
Refined copper and unwrought copper alloys export was down 22.9% year-on-year, but up 11.1% month-on-month to 44.1 thousand tons.
In terms of value, it dropped 34.8% year-on-year and grew 10.2% month-on-month and made $259.2 mn.
Unwrought nickel export surged by 48.1% year-on-year and decreased 10% month-on-month to 11.7 thousand tons.
In terms of value, it was up 30.8% year-on-year and down 4.3% month-on-month to $132.6 mn.
