According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, in January-November 2018 Russia’s export of vodka made 1.96 mn decalitres scaled down to 100% spirit.
This is 4.3% above the figure for the same period of 2017.
In terms of value, vodka export in January-November was up 11.2% to $131.2 mn.
In November, vodka export declined 8% month-on-month down to 232.5 thousand decalitres.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages import during January-November grew by 8.4% year-on-year up to $2.4 bn.
Cigarettes and cigars import was down by 1.4% to $144.4 mn.
Raw tobacco import in November made 13.5 thousand tons, up 13.4% month-on-month.
