In the Sea of Azov, the market corrected a bit last Friday simultaneously with the holidays in Europe. Trade has been suspended by now for Christmas – New Year holidays period.

Freight rates from Rostov to SE Black Sea ports are $27-29 per ton.
In the Caspian Sea, rates continue to show slow decline from the highest levels. Regional players do not expect any changes of the situation for the holidays period.
The current freight rates from Astrakhan to Iran remain at $45-46 per ton.
