December 13, a Memorandum of Understanding on the Baltic LNG project was signed between Gazprom and Itochu Corporation in St. Petersburg. According to Gazprom, the document confirms the parties’ interest in the project.
In September this year, Gazprom signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the Baltic LNG project with Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
And in October, a Framework Agreement on the joint design concept (pre-FEED) for Baltic LNG was signed between Gazprom and Royal Dutch Shell.
