According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, during January-October 2018 Russia exported some 11.2 mn tons of nitric fertilizers, up 7.7% year-on-year. In terms of value, nitric fertilizers export grew 16.3% up to $2.2 bn.
Mixed fertilizers export amounted to 9.2 mn tons, which is 7.2% above the result for January-October 2017. In terms of value, mixed fertilizers export grew by 20.2% up to $2.7 bn dollars.
At the same time, potash fertilizers export dropped 21.9% down to over 6.4 mn tons in terms of tonnage. In terms of value, it decreased by 8.1% down to $1.4 bn.
