RZD Logistics has launched a new block train from Shandong province in China to Moscow Oblast.
The first train carrying 36 40’ containers with consumber goods, equipment and machinery left the Zibo station on November 13.
Arrival at the Selyatino rail station in Moscow region is expected in 14 days.
The train is routed via China, Mongolia, and Russia via the Zamyn-Uud and Naushki border crossings.
At the initial stage of the project, the trains will run once in two weeks, the aim is to make is a weekly service.
