Vice Minister Appointed Acting Governor

    • Roman Starovoit, who quite recently was appointed vice minister of transport, has been appointed acting Governor of Kursk Region. 

    The presidential decree reads, ‘until the person elected Governor of Kursk Region assumes office’.

    Before that, R.Starovoit was head of the RF Federal Road Agency (Rosavtodor) since 2012.
