The situation with phytosanitary certificates persists and has already started to hamper cargo delivery to STS operations at port Kavkaz roads.

Caspian region is absolutely stable, no changes in shipped cargo volumes or freight rates.
The current freight rates from Astrakhan to Iran remain at $25-29 per ton.
