Yury Kostin has been appointed director of the department of state policy in maritime and inland transport of the RF Ministry of Transport.
Until recently he was deputy head of the RF Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport responsible for navigation safety.
Vitaly Kyuev, he previously was director of the department of state policy in maritime and inland transport, left this position in July.
