According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, in January-June 2018 Russia exported 846.9 decalitres scaled down to 100% spirit.
This volume is 4.8% below the result for the first half of 2017.
In terms of value, vodka export in January-June declined 0.5% down to $55.8 mn.
In June, vodka export surged 21.4% month-on-month up to 170 thousand decalitres.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages import in H1 2018 increased 21.4% year-on-year up to $1.2 bn.
Cigarettes and cigars import was strongly up 21.7% down to $78.4 mn.
