During January-February, Russia exported 639.4 thousand tons of unwrought aluminum, up 21.2% year-on-year.
In terms of value, unwrought aluminum export surged 44.7% up to $1.3 bn, according to the RF Federal Customs Service.
Refined copper and unwrought copper alloys export increased 29.6% to 125.5 thousand tons. In terms of value, the growth was even more significant, up 58.3% to $246.1 mn.
Unwrought nickel export during the first two months of 2018 dropped 21.5% to 18.6 thousand tons in physical terms while growing 8% up to $246.1 mn in terms of value.
