Russian Railways, Kaluga Region Government and Freight Village RU have signed an agreement on cooperation in transport and logistics infrastructure development in Kaluga Region.
The agreement envisages cooperation in providing rail infrastructure for industrial objects in the region, including the Kaluga SEZ project (Lyudinovo rail station) and Freight Village Voisino (Vorsino rail station).
Russian Railways intend to study options for expanding the Vorsino rail station capacity by 3 mn tons per annum to provide for the forecasted cargo traffic growth.
