By order of the Harbour Master of Vyborg, ice restrictions are introduced in the port of Vyborg in the Gulf of Finland w.e.f. January 24, in case solid ice is 10-15 cm thick.
Barges moved by tugs will be banned from sailing in the port basin and in the approach channels.
Vessels with no ice class will be allowed only with icebreaker assistance.
Vessels with Ice1 and higher ice class will be allowed with icebreaker assistance or independently.
