According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, in January-April 2018 Russia exported 546.3 decalitres scaled down to 100% spirit.
This volume is slightly, just 1.1% below the result for the first four months 2017.
In April, vodka export increased 2.4% month-on-month up to 158.6 thousand decalitres.
In terms of value, vodka export in January-March was up 4.7% to $36 mn.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages import increased 22.6% year-on-year up to $721.9 mn.
Cigarettes and cigars import decreased by 5.8% down to $35.9 mn.
