By order of Harbour Master of Primorsk, due to the favourable ice situation in the port basin and approach fairways, less stringent ice regime is introduced w.e.f. April 16.
Vessels with no ice class are allowed to sail using icebreaking assistance only.
Vessels with Ice1 ice class and above are allowed to sail under icebreaking escort or on their own using icebreaker recommendations.
Barges pulled and small boats are not allowed to sail in Primorsk and approach fairways yet.
