Nakhodka Commercial Sea Port has put into operation a second Vityaz portal crane made by SM Group, the port said in a statement.
The crane capacity is 32 tons in a grapple mode and 63 tons in a hook mode. The new equipment is used to handle solid bulk including metal products like slabs, sheets and other rolled steel products.
Next year, the port plans to take delivery of one more Vityaz crane.
