Экспорт минеральных удобрений, 8 месяцев 2020: вывоз калийных и смешанных увеличился

Fertilizers Export in January-August 2020: Export of Potash and Mixed Fertilizers Up

  • According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, in January-August 2020 Russia exported 9.1 mn tons of nitric fertilizers, down 0.4% year-on-year. In terms of value, nitric fertilizers export declined by 14.8% down to $1.6 bn.

    Mixed fertilizers export amounted to 7 mn tons, up 2.1% year-on-year. In terms of value, mixed fertilizers export decreased by 17.4% down to $1.7 bn.

    Potash fertilizers export during January-August 2020 increased by 7.7% up to more than 5.8 mn tons. In terms of value, it dropped by 21.3% down to $1.1 bn.

    In August, nitric fertilizers export decreased by 2.7% year-on-year, and by 21.2% month-on-month making 1.2 mn tons worth $208.1 mn (down 18% year-on-year and down 17.6% month-on-month).

    Mixed fertilizers export grew by 6.6% year-on-year and by 6.9% month-on-month to make 904.4 thousand tons worth $226.5 mn, down 5.8% year-on-year, but up 3.9% month-on-month.

    Potash fertilizers export in August made 847.5 thousand tons, up 24.6% year-on-year and down 22.1% month-on-month. In terms of value, it decreased by 17.3% year-on-year and by 21.8% month-on-month to make $148.3 mn.
