Volga-Dnepr cargo airline has delivered 48 street disinfection vehicles from China to the UAE. The company made six flights in four days, each time carrying eight vehicles on board three AN-124-100 airplanes from Shanghai to Dubai. From Dubai, the cargo was trucked to Abu Dhabi. The project was executed in cooperation with Maximus Air.
At present, Volga-Dnepr makes numerous chartered flights to carry medical cargo to fight COVID-19 pandemic. For the most part it is individual protective equipment, as well as large-size and heavy medical equipment.
