Alexander Poshivay has been confirmed as Head of the Federal Agency of maritime and river transport (Rosmorrechflot). The governmental order to this effect is dated March 6.
Alexander Poshivay was acting head of the Agency since November last year. Before that, he was deputy head of Rosmorrechflot.
