First Deputy Premier Andrey Belousov will be responsible for the transport sector, foreign trade and counter-sanctions activities. According to the RRF Government press office, he will oversee the following ministries and agencies:
- Ministry of economic development,
- Ministry of transport,
- Federal Service for Supervision of Transport,
- Federal Air Transport Agency,
- Federal Road Agency,
- Federal Railway Transport Agency,
- Federal Agency of Maritime and River Transport,
- Russian Roads state company,
- Russian Export Center JSC,
- Federal Antmonopoly Service,
- Federal Accreditation Service,
- Federal State Statistics Service,
- Federal Intellectual Property Service.
Rosatom, the state corporation incorporating the nuclear icebreaker fleet operator Rosatomflot, will be the responsibility of another vice premier, Yury Borisov.
